Members Terms of Service

By signing up and actively using the GPTcomplete program you agree to all  terms set forth in this agreement. GPTcomplete may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with GPTcomplete. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the GPTcomplete program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members

Any method that artificially and/or fraudulently generates clicks is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks, using robots, automated clicking tools, or other deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.

 

We do not endorse down line builders. You MUST Understand English. Minors must have parental consent to participate in this program, and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

 

You agree to and must use your own name (full name no initials), address (full physical address including country code, no PO Box), and phone numbers. Using fraudulent information to complete offers or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in your account being suspended without notice, GPTcomplete may also take legal action or file a money dispute to regain the amount lost with the option of additional damages & fees that may be claimed by GPTcomplete.

 

**Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing GPTcomplete account, if you log into an account from a pc that is already being used by a GPTcomplete member both accounts will be suspended. In addition you may NOT use a proxy server.

 

You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential; you may change your password by logging into your GPTcomplete account and change the information.

 

**Please be aware anyone caught cheating/committing fraud in any way are in violation of terms, and privacy statement and therefore are not protected by them due to their own violation. Therefore that gives us the right to make others aware of your identity to protect further fraud. Cheating is: using software to click links or participate in our program in any way, having multiple accounts, attempting to sell your account and any other behavior that commits fraud. In addition no payment will be made to you if you owe us money until you have paid us in full. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your GPTcomplete account including authorization by you to any third party individual that may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by GPTcomplete be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up. 

Relationship of the Parties

You and GPTcomplete are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and GPTcomplete. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of GPTcomplete. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the GPTcomplete program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

GPTcomplete will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or GPTcomplete program, even if GPTcomplete has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, GPTcomplete aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. 　

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with GPTcomplete and may result in legal prosecution. GPTcomplete strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. GPTcomplete may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. GPTcomplete will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups. 　

You may not delete your post/thread or any material after you receive credit from those offers, failure to do so will result in negative balance. 　

Members complete offers at their own risk. Offers are not guaranteed to credit. GPTcomplete is not to be held responsible for any offers that do not credit. No manual credit requests for free offers will be accepted.  　

Advertiser accounts are limited to advertising only. Offers or campaigns from affiliate networks cannot be added on this site. Your website must not contain Automatic download boxes, browser highjack, viruses, Scripting that alters a user's browser, frame breakers, Adult or illegal contents. GPTcomplete reserve the right to cancel any advertisements immediately without notice & refunds.

After purchasing PTS advertisements on GPTcomplete, you must verify and approve or deny offers accordingly. The program you promote must be free to join and have low approval requirement. Any offers not approved or denied within 31 days will be automatically approved or denied based on the information provided by the member for that specific signup.
