Q: why is my offers in the under review section and what dose it mean?
A: It means either the offers didn't go through or we are waiting for the advertiser, but don't worry, we will recheck with our advertiser at the end of each month to see if they are approved, if not, we will then delete the offer so that you can redo it if you'd like.
Q: How can I cancel my account?
A: Please contact us.
Q: Can I have more then one account?
A: No, having more than 1 account on a same IP at anytime for any reason will result in automatic suspension.
Q: Can I withdraw if I live outside the United States?
A: Yes.
Q: When Do I Get Paid?
A: Users who meet our minimum payout (only $1).
Q: How much can I make?
A: Depends on how many offers you complete.
Q: How does the referral program work?
A: You get 20% of what your direct referrals makes and 5% of what their referrals makes, you will also get $0.10 for every person you refer to us.
Q: How come I didn't receive my $0.10 referral bonus?
A: The referral bonus will only get added when they completed their first offer.
Q: How come my offers didn't get credit?
A: This is easily the most asked question and there is no one definite answer, here's a few main reasons for offers not getting credited:
1. Did not put in your correct information.
2. Exited the offer too soon.
3. Do not have cookies enabled
4. Have completed the offer before.
Q: How long does it take for offers to credit?
A: Usually within 24-48 hours, but Credit Card offers will require around 3-4weeks to verify.
Q: How will I know when payment has been sent?
A: After your payment has been sent, your pending withdraw will then be marked as Completed.
Q: Is this website a scam?
A: No. Companies need people to give them feedbacks and tryout products, and they are willing to pay for it. When you complete an offer we get paid for it, and we pay you percentage of the revenue.
Q: Do I need a Credit Card for participating?
A: No, but some offers requires Credit Card in order to complete.
